Das Umweltbundesamt (UBA) geht davon aus, dass der Unternehmer seine Verkehrsplicht erf\u00fcllt und daher das Lebensmittel Trinkwasser seinen Mitarbeitern gem\u00e4\u00df den Vorgaben der Trinkwasserverordnung zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt. Im Schadensfall muss dann der Unternehmer \u00fcber einen mikrobiologischen Befund gem\u00e4\u00df den Vorgaben der Trinkwasserverordnung beweisen, dass er seine Verkehrspflicht erf\u00fcllt hat. Wenn nicht, hat er sich schuldhaft verhalten und ist f\u00fcr die Folgen verantwortlich (Schadensersatz \u2013 zivilrechtlich \/ K\u00f6rperverletzung \u2013 strafrechtlich).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Unternehmen ist ebenfalls sehr wichtig, dass die Wasserproben an den notwendigen Stellen im Geb\u00e4ude genommen werden, um einen rechtssicheren Befund zu erhalten.
