Nicht mehr und nicht weniger Stellen, sondern nur die richtige Anzahl entscheidet hier \u00fcber die Rechtssicherheit f\u00fcr den Betreiber.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade die oft wechselnden G\u00e4ste stellen grunds\u00e4tzlich immer ein gewisses Risiko f\u00fcr den Hotelier dar. Im Fall eines Legionellenvorfalls wird gepr\u00fcft, wo sich der Gast in den letzten Wochen zuvor aufgehalten bzw. geduscht hat. Bei einem konkreten Verdacht k\u00f6nnen so schnell bestimmte Betriebseinschr\u00e4nkungen verh\u00e4ngt werden. Die Folgen: Imageverlust und Umsatzeinbu\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer korrekte Beprobung und einem regelkonformer Betrieb der Trinkwasseranlage lassen sich solche Risiken minimieren und i.d.R. vermeiden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bestehen f\u00fcr Hotels mit K\u00fcchenbetrieb bzw.
